The Long Forgotten Aston Martin Lagonda returns!

The Aston Martin Lagonda makes it return after 2 decades. This car was a legend for the British sports car company, and they say that the new one will extremely exclusive. It is so exclusive that only a very small amount of people will be able to purchase the car. Aston Martin's design Director says that the main market for this car would be the Middle East, being that the car would cost around $1.8 million or more.

The new Lagonda will be replacing the Towns Lagonda, which was a lanky and wedge-shaped V8 that was manufactured between 1987 and 1990. The car will be 19 feet long, which is one foot longer than the Towns Lagonda.

The production of the car will start in 2015.

Amazing: Porsche and Hyundai are at the top for the JD Power APEAL Study!

The JD Power APEAL test is done every year to see how pleased owners of certain cars. For the 10th consecutive year, Porsche has been rated the best premium in the APEAL study. Additionally, Hyundai, although being a non premium car brand, was only 8 points below the lowest premium car rated, which is Volvo. This year, 4 non premium car brands finished above the usual average, which include Volkswagen, Mini Cooper, Ram, and Hyundai.

The NEW Smart Car!

First, people thought that the regular Smart car was crazy. But what will people say about this one! The all new 2016 Smart car Fortwo is a more sporty car, compared to its ancestor, with its powertrain, premium features, and body structure have all been revised.

As the old Smart car, the engine is found in the rear of the car, behind the passenger seats. In Europe, the specs of the engine is a 1 liter, 3 cylinder engine, with 71 hp and 67 lb-ft of torque. This new car will also be available with an electric powertrain as well, according to Mercedes Benz. Additionally, the transmission of the car will be either a five speed automated gearbox or a five speed manual gearbox.

This car has had a safety test against that new S-Class, which has a 2:1 weight ratio to the Smart car. Surprisingly, the interior of the car was barely touched, and there was minimal damage because the body that protects the interior of the car was not moved.

The interior of the car has also improved, with a dashboard, highlighted with number of options that include smartphone integration, navigation, a touchscreen, and a premium JBL sound system. Additionally, this car has taken some of the "floating" dashboard idea that is implemented in the C and S class sedans.

The best part about this car is the price, which just starts at $15,000.

Wow that's cool!

Now every one pretty much knows what the Model S Tesla is, right? I mean it is one of best selling car in the United States and it is fully electric. In my opinion, it is a car that is starting a revolution in the automotive industry.

However, Tesla Motors have told the public that they will release the very own SUV, with AWD soon, called the Model X, but they haven't even released a prototype yet. But on July 16, 2014, Tesla Motors announced that they will have another car, called the Model 3. Now this car is going to be interesting because it is only $35.000, and it is fully electric. Additionally, Musk says that they battery capacity of the car will be about 200 miles per charge. Also, he claims that if the customer buys the battery boost upgrade, the battery will be able to go up to 400 miles on a charge, which would allow someone to travel from LA to San Francisco non-stop.

Model X
What does this mean then? The Model 3 will probably be comparable to the BMW 3 series and the Mercedes Benz C class.  It will have similar features to these cars, and it might not have a 17 inch screen that controls the whole car, like in the Model S. Personally, I think Tesla Motors is great and I would definitely buy this car. It is such a great bargain because at the end of the day, I won't need to spend any money on gasoline.

Have you heard?

No one can believe it, but the new 2015 Dodge Challenger SRT Hellcat now has the capacity to produce 707 hp and and 650 lb ft of torque. Those are just insane numbers! Chrysler themselves say that the V8 that they made for the car is their most powerful V8 engine every made. In fact, it has more horsepower than the Dodge Viper, which is an 8.4 liter V10, with 640 hp and 600 lb ft of torque.

This car also beats any of its competitors, which include the Ford Shelby GT500, and also beats the Chevrolet Camaro ZL1. By 2015, the Challenger SRT will be the most powerful American car ever!.

Check out Motortrend's first look of the car for more infomation.

First Gorilla Glass, now this!!!

Gorilla Glass is an American company that makes toughened glass for several purposes. This glass was engineered for a combination for lightness, damage resistance, and thinness. One of the first every day products in which Gorilla Glass was used was in 1968, when it was used on the Dodge Dart and the Plymouth Barracuda racing cars. Today, the glass is used for phones, television's, and other electronics.

But now, Gorilla Glass has evolved into a new product, Sapphire Glass. This type of glass is supposedly going to be used on the new iPhone 6, but has been previously been used on jewelry, lenses, and even missiles. This glass has a rating of 9 out of 10 on the Mohs Scale, which measures mineral hardness. The only mineral that is harder than Sapphire is diamond, which has a rating of 10, so this is extremely durable.

Although this might seem as a new concept, it isn't because Apple is already using the glass for the home button, (Touch ID only) and they are also using it for the camera. Additionally, the glass is used on the luxury phones made by Vertu, the Savelli, and TAG Heuer.

Personally, I'm an Android person and I hate every product that Apple has ever made. But if the Sapphire glass concept is never used on any of the upcoming Android phones, then I might switch to iPhones just for the durability of the phone.

Check out Engadget to see more information on this and also see YouTube vlogger Marques Brownlee to see what the Sapphire display of the new iPhone 6 looks like!

The Future is here for BMW!

BMW, or Bayerrische Motoren Werke AG, has always been known for their luxury vehicles, motorcycles, and for their motor sport subsidiary, BMW M. But now, they have changed the entire automotive industry with the BMW i3 and the BMW i8. The concept car for the BMW i8 was first shown in the movie, "Mission Impossible: Ghost Protocol." However, during that time, people believed that it was just a myth that such a car would never be made by BMW. But now, it's here.

The company is already selling the BMW i3, which is a five door urban electric car, and it is BMW's first ever zero emissions car. This little car has an electric motor, which is equivalent to a two-cylinder engine, that creates 170 hp and it has a lot of torque, to be specific, 184-lb-ft. The car has an impressive 0-60 mph time, 7.0 sec. The pricing is surprising as well, just starting at $45,000.

But what is even more extraordinary is the BMW i8, which has a 3-cylinder, 1.5 liter, turbocharged engine, which produces 228 hp and 236-lb-ft of torque. But wait, it gets better! The car also has an electric motor that produces 129 hp and 184-lb-ft of torque in the front wheels and it has 8 hp rear motors. So in total, the car has about 357 hp and 420-lb-ft of torque. The car starts at $136,625, which I think is a great bargain, considering the fact that majority of the car is carbon fiber, and it is AWD.

All I have to say is kudos to BMW.
